Things teams usually ask us before getting started.

What kind of feedback data can you work with?
We work with text-based feedback — customer reviews, survey open-text answers, app store comments, support ticket notes, and similar sources. Data can be provided as spreadsheets, CSV files, or exported text. We do not require any system access.
How long does a Feedback Snapshot take?
For a sample of up to 500 comments, we typically deliver the themed summary and report within three to five working days. Larger sets may take a little longer — we'll confirm the timeline once we know the volume and format of your data.
Do I need a technical team to use your reports?
No. Reports are written in plain language aimed at product and marketing teams, not data analysts. The Sentiment Tracking Setup also includes a training session to make sure your staff can read and act on the reporting view without technical support.
How is my customer data protected?
Your data is used solely for the analysis you commission and is not retained beyond the project scope. We sign a data handling agreement before work begins and do not share your customer information with any third parties.
Can you handle feedback written in Bahasa Malaysia or mixed-language comments?
Yes. We work with feedback in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and mixed-language text common in Malaysian customer data, including informal writing. We'll review a sample of your data upfront and flag any language considerations before starting.
What if we want to move from a Snapshot to ongoing tracking later?
Many of our clients start with a Feedback Snapshot to see how the process works, then move into Sentiment Tracking Setup once they see the value. The cost of the initial Snapshot is factored into the transition — we'll work out the details with you at that stage.
